As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Igor

Igor Shubin’s real estate career began in 2003, and he currently works out of John L. Scott’s Bellevue-Issaquah office. Igor was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and graduated with a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Saint Petersburg State Polytechnic University. He later lived in Israel where he established his own real estate business. After moving to the U.S. in 2001, he continued his real estate career, now specializing in residential and investment properties in greater Seattle and the Eastside.

With experience living abroad and moving, as well as fluency in English, Russian and Hebrew, Igor brings a unique set of life experiences to his role as a broker. He is a part of John L. Scott relocation team, and helps clients with domestic and international relocations. Due to his past experience with relocation, Igor is uniquely qualified to understand and empathize with clients relocating.

Igor’s real estate approach is centered around professionalism, honesty and understanding the unique needs of each client. His experienced team of support staff, escrow professionals, a trusted lender and inspector help make the client’s experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Igor’s goals include 100 percent client satisfaction that leads to a long-term business relationship by consistently exceeding expectations.

Igor believes that buyers still have exceptional opportunities in today’s real estate market. He helps buyers capitalize on opportunities in the current market and guides them through the entire buying process – from the first visit of a house to closing day and beyond. Igor supports buying clients through gathering information about the home they’d like, helping to prepare an offer, negotiating a price as needed, providing education about the building process and materials, helping with inspections and assisting clients with escrow and title companies.

For sellers, Igor knows it’s crucial to understand the current market conditions to ensure the sale is effective as possible. He helps each seller prepare their home for the market through establishing the right price for the property and implementing an innovative marketing plan. His approach ensures each listing gains maximum exposure and ends in a successful sale.

Redmond

Redmond, Washington, is probably best known as the home of Microsoft. But if that’s all you know about our gem of a city, you’re missing a lot. Marymoor Park, which hosts concerts in the summer, also features a climbing rock, sports fields, a cricket pitch, a huge off-leash dog park, tennis courts, a community garden and an outdoor theater. Redmond is also home to more than 17 miles of hiking and biking trails. Known as the bicycle capitol of the Northwest, Redmond is home to the state’s only velodrome and each July, the city hosts a bike race around Lake Sammamish. This race is part of Redmond Derby Days, which also includes a parade, live entertainment, a carnival with rides, and fireworks at dusk. The top-notch schools in Redmond draw a lot of families to our community. And our library is world-class, the second largest in the King County Library System. Redmond itself is home to restaurants, breweries and shopping to rival any major city, but if you are craving the bustle, both Seattle and Bellevue are a few minutes away. Though one visit to the outdoor mall called Redmond Town Center may convince you you never need to leave the city again. If you are interested in learning more about Redmond, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
